I'm Roberta Pompeo, a mother and wife (for the second time). My star sign is Libra, which explains my strong inclination towards collaboration with a capital 'C'. I perceive myself as brimming with energy, romance, dynamism, and deep ethics. I have a genuine passion for captivating people, which fuels my love for theatre and social life. On the flip side, I am highly precise and organized, a trait that has earned me the affectionate nickname 'Mrs. Rottermeier'. My diverse background spans across fashion, customer care, food & beverage, and management, creating a perfect blend of skills and experiences. I find immense joy in my work, especially when I see the happiness of those who sought my assistance. One thing I am often told is: You are my Mary Poppins, helping us to realise our dreams!

During the entire time of our planning journey, you inspired, supported, and motivated us, while respecting our wishes and ideas. Over the course of almost 12 months you were available at any time via all communication channels for any question and concern, whether it was about big details like our wedding vows or tiny details like which are the flowers of the season. You understood how important ever detail was for us. And it is not just about the planning but then there is of course also the actual wedding day and I could not imagine, how important your support will be the day of the big happening. Planning a wedding from half way around the world can create anxiety, but Roberta assured us that everything would be taken care of every step of the way. All of the vendors and staff that she helped us hire were exceptional, and extremely accommodating to meet all of our personal and guests' needs. As soon as we arrived on site at the villa, my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything other than being with family and friends. I will start by pointing out that for our wedding we did not enter into a direct agreement with Roberta, but we had the pleasure and luck of getting to know her as the venue we chose had a partnership with Roberta, who offered a consultancy service. However, Roberta was much more than just a consultant; she was always helpful and kind, giving us valuable advice. Her support for us was really important and more than her due. Everything she did was absolutely perfect, from the management of the space to the running of the reception (considering that ours was a 200-person wedding so it was a big event that was flawlessly managed).
